About Us:
Our Client school in Lincoln is committed to providing high-quality education and support to our students, particularly those preparing for English resits. With a focus on academic excellence and student success, we are seeking an experienced English educator to help our students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Lead English resit classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing instruction and support to students preparing for exams.
 •  Deliver engaging and effective lessons that address the specific needs of students and align with the curriculum objectives.
 •  Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and productive learning environment conducive to student success.
 •  Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their English skills and confidence.
 •  Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of instruction and support for students across different classes and subjects.
 •  Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
 •  Qualified teacher with experience teaching English at the secondary level.
 •  Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and experience preparing students for exams and resits.
