Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inkjet technology and possess a strong technical background. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring the seamless operation of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to inkjet printing systems.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the inkjet industry.
Strong knowledge of inkjet printing technology and associated components.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
