Position: Car Sales Executive
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £17,000 Salary - £40,000 OTE
C&B Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable Dealership in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell vehicles
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall dealership goals
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in car sales is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and technology
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
