Reception Supervisor

Our client, a growing automotive dealer has an exciting opportunity for a business manager to join their amazing team.
The role:
• Oversee the Reception team with support from the Group Reception Manager.
• Carry out training, reviews, coaching and scheduling to ensure that the team provide a friendly and helpful Reception experience to customers.
• Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
• To provide telephone cover and handle enquiries politely and efficiently.
• To manage administrative or stocking duties related to the reception function.
• To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
Key skills/ experience:
• Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least two years.
• Experience of leading a team would be preferred, but if you can demonstrate transferrable skills and experience and the drive to take on a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.
• Confident, professional, smart in appearance.
• Basic IT and computer systems experience are essential to this role.
