Within this Private Client Solicitor role, you will be working on a caseload of wills, trusts, probates, estate tax and Court of Protection. Other responsibilities may include:
Assisting in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and drafting documents
Liaising with clients, attending meetings, and managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity
Assisting with the administration of estates, including probate applications and estate distribution
Staying up to date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the Private Client field
Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes and service delivery
Taking an active role in business development activities, such as networking to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Solicitors and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to get their foot in the door at an award-winning law firm and gain exposure to high-value, complex cases.
