Zest4Talent is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join a growing adventure and outdoor pursuits company. A competitive salary of £30-35k per annum is on offer as well as a fun and varied working environment. Great opportunity for career progression as the company continues in its growth trajectory.
The hours are seasonally led around the company peak periods which will be busier over the summer months and then additional leave is offered in December and January. You will be working 5 days out of 7 which will include some weekends. Up to 40 days annual leave is on offer.
The perfect person for the Customer Experience Team Leader will possess the following:
• Some experience working in hospitality i.e. adventure sports companies, Butlins, public entertainment.
• An outgoing personality with a passionate for adventure sports and can build rapport with their customers whilst on site
• Excellent organisational skills with an agile approach as no 2 days are the same
The main objective for the Customer Experience Team Leader will be:
• Ensure that all participants have an amazing customer experience in this often once in a lifetime experience
• Offer extra services and add ons to ensure the customer maximises their adventure sport experience such as video content and enhanced experience options
• Work with the Senior Management team to always looks to improve customer experience and collaborate to change strategy where necessary.
