Salary: £70,000 pa (plus up to 20% bonus)
Join the team as the Head of Care/Registered Manager for our 63-bedded luxury care home. My client is preparing for a period of anticipated growth, and they're looking for someone to help take them to the next level!
Key Requirements:
• RGN or RMN qualified
• NMC registered
• Previous home management experience
• Luxury care experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care for our residents
• Lead and inspire our care team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the village manager to achieve our goals
