Are you an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical Bias seeking a rewarding opportunity? Look no further! We're currently seeking a skilled individual to join a team based in Milton Keynes.
Key Details:
• Location: Milton Keynes
• Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a diverse portfolio of offices and retail shops.
• Utilize your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Participate in a 1 in 8 call-out rotation to address emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Mobile Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
