What's involved with this role:

Temporary HR Administrator

Pay rate: £12.59 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

This opening assignment is for 6 months

City: WAKEFIELD, West Yorkshire

An HR Administrator is required to support the HR Admin Team with day to day activity. Confidentiality is required at all times in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR administration. team.
Undertake recruitment administration as required.
Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.

Experience of administration work in a busy office environment.
Experience of HR systems.
Experience of HR administration.
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.

Good written, reading and speaking English skills.
A good telephone manner.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
