Are you looking to expand your role and to work collaboratively within Public Health Nursing Services? This is an exciting opportunity to work within an agile and caring team. We are looking for an individual who is a Registered Nurse with the SPCHN (school nurse) qualification, who has extensive PHN community experience to deliver HCT’s quality assurance and accreditation framework, and to lead on local quality improvement projects.
We have opportunity for a motivated individual to join the PHN Clinical Quality Team who wants to work with the PHN and School Nursing Operational Managers and team leads, supporting teams to critically appraise their quality performance including facilitating discussions, clinical reflections, supporting learning in practice and leading QI projects.
