Senior Property Manager – London
£32,500 Basic Salary + Commission (Average £4000 per annum)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
As a Senior Property Manager you will look after a smaller portfolio of 90 well looked after residential properties.
You will take over the property once the tenant is appointed, paper work complete and deposits take.
Manage to day to day maintenance and compliance tasks associate with your portfolio.
Schedule and conduct yearly inspections.
Support, advise and give guidance to the other 5 Property Managers.
Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, Legionella certs, asbestos certs, etc).
