Agency General Nurse - Part Time/Full time Roles

Overview:
We're actively searching for committed and caring part-time Registered General Nurses (Band 5) to join our team as agency nurses across Ayrshire. As a Registered General Nurse, you'll excel in different settings, rotating through medical, rehabilitation, and surgical wards.
Your role will involve providing high quality nursing care to patients, attending to both their physical requirements and emotional well-being.

You'll play an integral part in attaining exceptional patient outcomes and bolstering the overall success of our health care facility. Come aboard and help us create a significant impact on the lives of our patients and communities.

Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients, aiding with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications.
Assess patient needs, create care plans, and execute essential nursing procedures.
Collaborate with health care colleagues to strategies patient care and ensure transparent communication.
Keep meticulous and comprehensive patient records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and medical backgrounds.
Educate patients and their families on health matters, prescription medications, and self-care techniques.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas.
Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as required.

Requirements:

NMC registration
A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:

Monday to Friday Day Shift: £31.10 per hour
Saturday Day Shift: £40.43 per hour
Sunday Day and Night Shift: £49.75 per hour
Monday to Saturday Night Shift: £40.43 per hour
