Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent across either the industrial, logistics / driving, engineering or built environment industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end 360 recruitment process, from generating new clients through sales, sourcing, and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

New business development and sales

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary packages and presenting offers to candidates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Provide guidance and support to junior members of the recruitment team and Resourcing support staff.

Key skills:

2 + years in a similar recruitment role.

Proven background in new business development and client generation

Strong relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Independent and team player.

Proficiency in using recruitment CRM software.

Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices

Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
