Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineers to be working onsite in Billingham, UK for a leading engineering services contractor currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe.
The organisation’s division includes Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection and also offer other exceptional services in Off Site Fabrication, Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Technical Support Services, Asset Management, Specialist Lift, Maintenance, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.
Key Skills and Requirements will include:
• Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• More than 10 years of mechanical experience, preferably with a contractor in a site-based construction role.
• Experience on Pharmaceutical projects is essential.
• Ability to navigate Navisworks design models essential.
• Mastery of QA/QC requirements in a pharmaceutical construction environment is essential.
• Experience of hygienic piping installation and coordination is a distinct advantage.
• Personal qualities include being self-motivated, problem solver, organisational skills, planning skills, team leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energetic, takes pride in their work, client liaison.
