Job Title: Crèche Practitioner
Location: Sheffield S9
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £85 - £120 per day
Hours: Part time & full time available

TeacherActive are recruiting for a practitioner to work within a Crèche located near Meadowahall in Sheffield. We are looking for flexible, creative and enthusiastic candidates to join the team.

The practitioner must be passionate, enthusiastic and driven with a love for childcare. The Crèche s state of the art, purpose built, full of exciting and stimulating resources to support your teaching and learning with the children

Your role as crèche practitioner will include:

Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
Supporting and assisting the Manager in planning and delivering a programme of activities.
Communicating with fellow colleagues, clients and parents in a professional manner.
Potential to step up as a Key Worker when required.
Skills & Qualifications

Have experience working with children aged 3 years to 11 years
Hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or Play worker Level 3 (pre 2014)
Ability to contribute to creative activity planning
Ability to communicate with children and parents
Work well within a team
Ability to step up into a supervisory role when required.
