As a Behaviour Mentor in a Primary School working with Year 5 students in Leicester, your role is crucial in supporting the social and emotional well-being of students, as well as fostering a positive learning environment. Here are some key responsibilities and strategies you might consider:

Responsibilities:

  1.  Individualised Support:
 •  Identify students who may need additional support due to behavioural challenges.
