An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Oxford as an IT Engineer. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. Hybrid working available!
As the IT Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computing systems, networks, hardware, and software applications promptly and accurately.
Act as an escalation point by investigating complex problems and implementing effective long-term solutions.
Manage various IT projects to completion, such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and other strategic initiatives to enhance our technological environment's stability, security, and functionality.
Provide trusted technical guidance and recommend best practices based on current technologies.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.Benefits:

Retail vouchersThe successful IT Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT / Technical support role
Strong analytical ability
An innovative, solution-oriented professional
Strong communication skills
