Telephone Account Manager

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to an existing base of 800 client
Communicate effectively through a variety of media channels
Work to daily/weekly/monthly targets
Assisting Field account managers on a daily basis
Maintain and update client database
Upselling new skus and product categories to existing and new clients
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Targeting clients with monthly and quarterly promotion and incentives
Requirements
Contact Centre experience would be desirable however not essential
Sales experience with proven track record for achieving targets
Good knowledge of computer programs
Ability to interact well with clients and team
Will need to be outgoing and not frightened to ask for the business.

Able to work well within a team and be passionate in what they do
