Are you a Special Needs Teacher looking for a new challenge for the September 2024? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a a mainsteam primary school in the Sutton borough who are currently recruiting for a teacher for their SEN base. The specialist base caters for children who have a statement or EHCP for special educational needs or disability (SEND); predominantly ASD.
The staff here work incredibly hard to ensure the children make good progress with their learning and in some cases where possible, return to a mainstream school.

Requirements:

You must hold QTS

Previous experience working with ASD is favourable but not essential.

You will be able to hit the ground running and complete the full role of a class teacher, including planning and marking.

You will hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one through us.
