Job Title: CNC Setter Operator
Job type: Days based Perm
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri
Location: Stroud
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 DOE
Our client is a aerospace specialist, their work varies from propellers for old war plans to the latest electric powered aircraft. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a CNC Setter who is conversant with both Milling and Turning.
The role:
• Setting and operating a variety of Milling and Turning machines.
• Making one-offs and small batches of components
• Having a good understanding of engineering drawings
• Accurately inspecting and measuring components
The candidate:
• Clear track record of both Milling and Turning on Fanuc controls
• Have an enthusiastic can-do attitude with an eye for details
• Previous aerospace standard work Beneficial
• Work under minimum supervision
