This role would suit an individual with a good Credit Control / Sales Ledger background who is looking for a step up & a more well-rounded role.
As the Accounts Assistant you will:
• Strong experience within Credit Control, Cash allocation & reporting out company debt
• Assist, allocate and produce remittances for commission payments.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Ensure payments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely fashion to allow prompt payments.
• Manage daily banking
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Month end balance sheet reconciliations.
Skills and Experience Specification:
• Strong focus of Credit Control / Debt reduction experience / background.
• Accounting technical knowledge
• Sound knowledge of reconciliation process
• Pro-active approach, inquisitive by nature with a strong eye for detail
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with Excel
