We are working with a lovely client in Hatfield whom requires a Operations Controller on a Permanent basis.
Duties
• Make arrangements and ensure adequate records are kept in all matters pertaining to office management (i.e., contractors, visitors).
• Organising and maintaining records pertaining to company business in accordance with case management standards.
• Ordering materials and arranging stock
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary and to research new deals and source new suppliers as and when required
• Retipping
• Fuel management
• PAT Testing
• Maintain and organise workshop
• Collection and delivery of equipment and consumables to/from suppliers, operatives and sites
• Maintain purchase order system and raise purchase orders
• DRS management
• Timesheet management
• Checking attendance
• Check delivery notes and invoices against purchase orders
• Assisting with the formulation of RAMS and carry out toolbox talks
• Must have a full driving license due to the nature of the role and locations.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm standard office hours with the flexibility of site visits when required
