Our client is a leading construction engineering company dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative products to their clients. With a focus on excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, our client has established themselves as a trusted leader in the industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team and drive the business growth to new heights.

You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to drive sales and revenue growth, while also fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for construction engineering and a proven track record in business development.

The ideal Canidate will be based near Tyrone covering a 70 mile radius from this location with a company car.

The effective management of the sales area will include:

 •  To develop existing accounts to achieve sales targets
 •  To identify and develop prospect accounts
 •  Problem solving and proactive thinking.
 •  Generate a network of customer contacts.
 •  Set a Business Development plan annually with each customer contact.
 •  Deliver the action points required to deliver the annual plan.
 •  Ensure sales with customers meet profit margin expectations.
 •  Achieve the annual sales and profit targets across the portfolio of customers.
 •  Regular meetings with customers. Visit each customer as required to optimize the mutual relationships
 •  Confirm & attend regional meetings with customers
 •  Ensure that customer meetings are delivered to the classic style reflecting the culture whilst meeting customer preferences.
 •  Ensure the office facility is used to host customer training, relationship building, business meeting and range selection meetings during the year.
 •  Whilst working with the Commercial Team,
 •  Advise the Company of the optimum pricing strategy to increase trading margins across the account portfolio whilst growing revenue numbers.
 •  Advise and guide the sales leadership on matters of commercial opportunity, risk, sensitivity across the account portfolio#
 •  Set up representation at distributor and multi-site customer Regional Manager meetings.
 •  Manage customer Credit Control departments to ensure payment on time, every time.
 •  Lead the resolution of any customer queries or disputes that might lead to customer dissatisfaction or delayed payments.
 •  Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times
