My client are a well-established family-owned building contractor with a strong track record in various sectors, including education, housing, health, commercial, and industrial projects. Their operations include refurbishment, design, and construction work in the North West and Yorkshire regions.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on social housing refurbishment projects.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:
Take the lead in all financial matters related to refurbishment projects
Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
Collaborate with the team to monitor and control project expenses
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
