Senior UI / UX Designer is required for a growing company located in Basingstoke. They operate a hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week remote.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will work in close conjunction with creative and dev teams to ensure the creation of functional UIs and UX.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will be responsible for
• Working with project stakeholders to identify and resolve UX issues
• Determining behaviour and objective via audience and user research
• Creating prototypes for usability testing
• Leading usability testing sessions for prototypes
• Helping improve and optimise digital products alongside performance teams
Key Experience:
• Figma
• Figjam
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Hotjar or similar
• Client facing
