Job Title: KS2 Teacher
Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
Are you a passionate educator seeking a rewarding opportunity in primary education? If so, Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team on a 6 week basis with the opportunity to continue in the role in September.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and encourages academic growth.
Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students.
Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience in primary education, with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
