The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and part of managing a small team of Chefs. You will be catering for up to 200 covers a day in retail as well as a busy hospitality offer which can range from fine dining to sandwiches.
This is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level as well as experience in fine dining. A strong knowledge of all the latest food trends is also essential.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. A strong CDP or Senior CDP would be considered for this role.
