You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining customer records, including contact information, order history, and account details
• Assisting in producing quotes, and other related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
• Coordinating with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and provide customer support
• Performing data entry and other administrative tasks to support the sales function
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who has strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of IT systems.
This vacancy is available on either a Full Time or Part Time basis
Full Time Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Part Time Hours 20-25 hours per week
