Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth initiatives within the forklift industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of the forklift market and its key players.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the forklift industry.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets, expand market share, and maximize revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the forklift industry.
Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.

Product and Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to forklifts and material handling equipment.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to support sales initiatives and product enhancements.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to sales teams and support staff to optimize performance and achieve business goals.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MHE preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the forklift industry or similar sectors.
Strong understanding of forklifts, material handling equipment, and industrial machinery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growt
