 •  Maintaining the Alliance Reporting Cycle by providing meeting packs li>
 •  Supporting the Alliance Reporting Manager in the development of Alliance reporting capabilities to meet the demands of the Alliance governance structure li>
 •  Maintenance and management of the Alliance Governance Review actions ensuring they are kept updated li>
 •  Continued development of a standardised approach that enables consistency of information across various reviews and enables easy decision-making li>
 •  Generating agenda packs on programme performance and upholding the single version of the truth li>
 •  Supporting Alliance Management Team members with ad-hoc initiatives li>
 •  Able to undertake advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience li>
 •  Implementing reporting requirements within the Alliance governance structure, continued development of material and effective ways of working li> ul>

Your skills and experiences: strong> p>
Essential: p>
 •  Established understanding of, and success in, managing reporting of performance, in very large and complex programmes li>
 •  Recognised qualification in project management, engineering or related field / demonstrable equivalent experience li>
 •  Significant experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and grade structures, and facilitating/ influencing decision making at these levels li>

The Alliance Report team: strong> p>

The Alliance Lead PM&C role is responsible for generating reports, specific content within review packs and reviewing material supplied by various Alliance Parties to ensure it's of the right quality and the content is correct. The role has interfaces with MoD, DNO, SDA and Alliance stakeholders.
This role will enable the Alliance's governance structure and organisation to operate effectively with timely, accurate and consistent visibility of the Dreadnought Programme's performance and early sight of potential issues. p>
