Accounts Manager

Due to continued growth, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Manager to join my client’s well-established company based in Maidstone.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Production of Property Management Accounts
Managing and maintaining Service Charge payments and statements
VAT returns
Reconciling Accounts
Proactively chasing outstanding arrears and payments
Liaising with internal and external parties
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience from a similar role
Have a good understanding of Client Accounting
Possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills
