The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a thriving, multi-award-winning construction firm based in Loughborough.
The successful candidate will bring a positive and proactive attitude while being able to have an eye for detail and be highly organised.

Role & Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:

 •  Prepare documentation for client meetings on behalf of the Directors.
 •  Working closely with the Director’s shadowing them in meetings, taking notes.
 •  Being able to speak to clients confidently and managing expectations to deliver a high level of service to clients.
 •  Supporting on financial documents and reporting for the business.
 •  Ensure transactional tasks are completed in line with tight deadlines
 •  Manage queries and processes for the company, and also to assist with the implementation of new processes.
 •  Ad hoc reports as required.

About You as the Client Relationship Manager:

 •  Genuine interest in all aspects of construction industry and finances.
 •  Excellent literacy and numeracy skills – ideally with an accounting or business degree.
 •  A customer-oriented attitude with a confident manner and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
 •  Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT skills.
 •  Problem-solving aptitude
 •  Commitment to joining a progressive business who want to promote your development.
