Processing of Fish Insurance new business and renewal documentation for our clients
Helping to prepare invoices
Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners
Process refunds and direct debit requests
Demonstrate a real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base
Liaise with customers via different communication channels, live chat, e-mail and post
Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop yourself to improve your performance and customer experience.
