CSS are seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy production company based in Witham.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good communication skills.
Duties will include:
• Performance Management
• Maintenance of Health & Safety including a daily Fire Marshall role
• Being accountable for: Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives, and the Hygiene Team.
• Staff Management & Training
Working Hours: Monday – Friday either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per year.
