We are looking for a fluent Welsh speaker to work for one of our fantastic clients in Cardiff. This is a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday with a degree of flexibility and will last for a minimum of three months.
There is an immediate start available
Please note fluency in Welsh is essential for this role
What will you do as Receptionist?
Meet and greet visitors
Act as the first point of contact for phone calls
Deal with personal emails
Assist with administration support to the wider team
Liaise with maintenance and facilities team
Manage incoming and outgoing mailWhat type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
Previous experience in an administration role
Ability to manage own workload and work with minimal supervision
Good organisational and time management skills
Previous experience using Microsoft Office
