Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment

The role of the Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment will involve:
• Main responsibility will be to canvass the construction market looking for new clients / vacancies OR interviewing and matching up relevant candidates for these opportunities
• Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager / Consultant role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000+
• Taking detailed job specifications from clients OR interviewing prospective candidates
• Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities OR candidates to target
• Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
• Upkeep of our CRM system
• Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders
• Based from easily accessible modern offices in the heart of Wilmslow
The ideal applicant will be a Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment with:
• Must be based within commutable distance of Wilmslow
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be IT Literate (computer based role)
• Ideally worked on a CRM system previously
• Driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
• Must be a team player
