A specialist electrical engineering company are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Pencaitland on a permanent basis
The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, Project and People Management role within an Electrical Engineering Environment
Role & Responsibilities
• Managing a small team of office staff and Service Engineers
• Producing Management Accounts
• Ensuring Timesheets and invoices are processed correctly
• Supervising the scheduling of Engineers work load daily
• Providing any additional support and training when necessary
• Managing multiple projects at one time
• Providing Technical Support
• Travelling to customer sites locally as and when required by the business
Knowledge & Experience
• Ideally will have a background within Electrical Engineering or a technical engineering role
• Previous Project Management and People Management experience
• Experience in finance and creating management financial accounts
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent IT Skills
• Highly motivate with the ability to motivate and encourage others
