Salary: Up to £46,332 per annum (depending on contracted hours)- plus uncapped bonus!

Hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts - (7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm) and Saturdays on a rota basis, 8am to 12pm (paid at an overtime rate).

The role:

 •  Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as necessary.
 •  Mix and match paint colors to ensure precise color matching according to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences.
 •  Operate and maintain spray painting equipment including spray guns, paint booths, and ventilation systems.
 •  Apply paint coats evenly and smoothly, ensuring proper coverage and finish.
 •  Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including the handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
 •  Perform quality checks throughout the painting process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

About you:

 •  You will need a Senior ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification
 •  Driving Licence Required
 •  Must have your own tools
 •  You'll need be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.
