This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
• Prepare orders for operations team
• Communicate with customers
• Liaise with couriers on delivery issues
• Answer phone and door
• Take and release orders for walk in customers
• Release endof-day parcels to couriers
• Conduct other admintype activities as instructed by directors
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
