JOB TITLE: Billing Administrator
LOCATION: Glasgow
CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover - full time
SALARY: Competitive
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month end billing and in the production of key accounting reports
• Assist running Reports for Senior Management Team
• Assist in raising Purchase Orders
• Assist in Weekly and monthly billing procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A proactive approach
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal
• Flexible, able to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
