Job Title: PA (Exec Assistant)
Salary: £30,000 negotiable
Location: Blackpool FY4
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the senior management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a thriving / growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role providing support across multiple divisions, been the main point of contact for the leadership team.
Main Duties:
• Working alongside the leadership team, you will be part of a high performing team, supporting the day to day operation of the business.
• Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time and coordination with other commitments.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Project Management: Collating updates on projects to ensure timely progression and quality of assigned actions.
• Meeting Support: Taking minutes during Leadership Team meetings, customer meetings and proactively managing the SLT Actions Log.
• Provide important reminders to MD and Leadership Team re; important tasks and deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed, compiling information and preparing summaries or reports.
• Support organising events for the wider business
Experience:
• Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant. Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the employer's objectives
