About Us:Our team is currently recruitng for registered Occupational therapist for NHS in UK. They are offering full time, part time and Locum positions in hospitals, community centres in UK.

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients of all ages with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

 •  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and needs.
 •  Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
 •  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
 •  Provide adaptive equipment recommendations, environmental modifications, and home exercise programs to support patients' independence and safety.
 •  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
 •  Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all clinical interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
 •  Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, home management strategies, and community resources available to support continued progress and independence.
 •  Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
 •  Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [Insert State].
 •  CPR certification (preferred).
 •  Experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
 •  Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
 •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
 •  Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and ethical standards in healthcare.
