Senior Frontend Developer
Are you a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js or Angular? strong> p>
A fantastic opportunity is available to join the Agile team as a Senior Frontend Developer at one of the global leaders in maritime surveillance and navigation technologies, think boats and pirates! p>
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who has strong, commercial experience with JavaScript and it's related frameworks, mainly React.js, Next.js and Angular. p>
You will play a pivotal role in the expansion of a new team, working alongside the team lead to design, develop, maintain and enhance a brand new web application. p>
You will be working remotely predominantly, with the occasional trip to the office, based in Cardiff, this will be once a month or less. The team also likes to meet up for social events every few months which you are free to attend. p>
What you'll get: strong> p>
• £65-75k salary depending on experience. li>

What you need: strong> p>
• 5+ years strong> of experience in front-end development. li>
• Proficient understanding of web markup strong>, including HTML5 strong> and CSS3 strong>. li>
• Thorough understanding of React.js strong>, Next.js strong>, or Angular strong> and their core principles. li>
• Experience with popular React.js workflows strong> (such as Flux or Redux). li>
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. li>
• Ability to understand business requirements strong> and translate them into technical requirements. li> ul>
What you'll be doing: strong> p>
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js strong>, Next.js strong>, and Angular strong>. li>
• Building reusable components strong> and front-end libraries for future use. li>
• Conducting performance tests strong> and optimising applications for maximum speed and scalability. li>
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. li>
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest web applications and programming practices. li>
• Providing technical guidance strong> and coaching strong> to junior developers. li> ul>
