Customer Service Advisor - MUST BE ABLE TO START BY 28TH MAY
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full time, permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid working
Salary: £24,100 per annum rising to £25,600 after 18 months
Our leading client is on the hunt for Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly growing team!
Whether you're plotting a retail escape or kickstarting your post-grad journey, our client wants to hear from you! This position offers a professional environment where you can utilise and grow your customer interaction skills whilst working alongside a fantastic team.
Please note, our clients core working hours are between 08:00am – 21:00pm Monday to Friday, and 09:00am – 17:00pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be asked to work one Saturday or Sunday every other week and will get the day off in lieu.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
• Resolve customer queries in a timely manner, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
• Log queries and ensure all relevant information is provided.
• Handle enquires from external stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure business procedures are always followed.
• Raise any concerns to management as appropriate.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor
• Previous experience is a customer service focussed role.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Resilience and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A can-do attitude!
