Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am, 3 nights per week on a weekly rota including weekends

As the Manufacturing Shift Manager - Nights your role will involve the following important duties:
• Manage all operations to ensure KPI's targets and business objectives are met.
• Organise and lead Team Leader meetings.
• Review and develop continuous improvement.
• Responsible for yield improvement and non value-added process reduction.
• Ensure correct manning levels, holiday cover where applicable and identify cross-functional training needs.
• Ensure appropriate levels of multi-skilled colleagues and organise shift cover when required.
The experience required…
As a successful Manufacturing Shift Manager - Nights you will have the following:
• At least 5 years' Management experience within a manufacturing environment managing teams and production.
• Experience working in a FMCG / manufacturing / high volume production environment.
• Proven knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Lean Principles.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be ideal.
• Strong IT Skills with intermediate Excel.
• Good organisational and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
