Job Description:
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls to produce components for the oil and gas sector. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to meet production targets while ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls to produce precision parts.
 •  Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
 •  Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the CNC milling machines.
 •  Conduct quality checks to ensure that all products meet industry standards and client requirements.
 •  Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
 •  Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
 •  Proven experience as a CNC Miller with Heidenhain programming expertise.
 •  Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
 •  Experience in a subcontract engineering environment, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is preferred.
 •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 •  Good communication and teamwork skills.
