• Do you hold Previous experience of 5 years plus working with building fabric?
The Client
Our client specializes in installing renewable products in customer’s homes, prioritizing sustainability, and making it accessible to all. They focus on securing funding to offer reduced or no-cost solutions, especially for vulnerable individuals.
As they grow, they're seeking a retrofit assessor to join their expanding national team. The role involves conducting retrofit assessments to industry standards and surveying measures for validity and compliance.

• Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.
Candidate:
• Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification
• IT Literate, an ability to use an IPAD or equivalent.
• Previous experience of 5 years plus working with building fabric.
• Proven track record of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation.
• Excellent customer focus and care skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, with both management and peers
• Flexible, with a willingness to travel.
• A drive and desire to go above and beyond the norm.
