This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing designer fashion brand within the Marketing team. As a PR & Influencer Coordinator you will work closely with the Marketing Team to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, manage press outreach and contribute to the overall success of various marketing initiatives with a focus on North America.

This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury fashion landscape, a strong network of media contacts and influencers, and a keen eye for cultivating brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving impactful PR and influencer campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

Influencer Relations
 •  Research and identify key influencers within the luxury fashion space.
 •  Develop and manage influencer relationships, from outreach to execution and performance tracking as well as building on existing database.
 •  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
 •  Analyze PR and influencer marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and impact on brand perception.

Press & VIP
 •  Support wider PR initiatives to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement within the luxury fashion market in North America.
 •  Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier fashion media outlets, journalists, editors, and stylists.
 •  Identify and secure opportunities for press placements and editorial features with target publications.
 •  Manage sample trafficking for VIP and PR opportunities.
 •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts align with brand messaging, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
 •  Assist in planning and executing events.

Reporting
 •  Compile weekly and monthly reports for senior stakeholders and wider business.

Requirements
 •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
 •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion PR, influencer marketing, or related roles.
 •  Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, including key players, trends, and consumer preferences.
 •  Established network of contacts within the North American fashion media and influencer community.
 •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 •  Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
 •  Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative storytelling and brand positioning.
 •  Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
 •  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
