Marble Talent Group is currently recruitng for an experienced Field Service Engineer for our client based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Plant Engineer for a dynamic field-based role covering the South and Midlands.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the service, maintenance, and repair of construction machinery.
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum - OTE of £60,000

• Standard working hours: 0700 to 1700, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
• Field Operations: Execute on-site service, maintenance, and repair of construction plant machinery in the designated regions.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Identify and diagnose faults in a variety of construction equipment, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend the life of machinery.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, offering insights into machinery functionality and problem resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
• Qualifications: Relevant qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of construction plant machinery.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work standard hours (0700 to 1700, Monday to Friday) with the potential for overtime.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is essential, as the role involves travel within the South and Midlands.
