Engineering technical experience will be essential for conversations with Senior Engineers and Engineering Managers.
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of facilities
Knowledge of ISO55000, PAS 55
Knowledge and Experience of CMMS
A confident capable speaker, able to articulate complex data processes and theory to many audience types.
Technical author, able to produce high quality written communication
Patience, consistency, and tactfulness
Experience in Training delivery and creation of training materials
Experience with mentoring and coaching others
Project management skills
Proficient in MS applications
Approachable and able to form good relationships
Able to inspire and motivate
Resilient and resourceful
An innovative approach to continuous improvement
Attention to detail, quality driven approach
Work on own initiative and manage own time
Working individually or part of a wider team
Ability to deal with a high degree of pressure and to tight deadlines
Willingness to travel as required by the business
Desirable
Accredited qualification in an Engineering or Technical subject e.g. HND, Degree
Understanding of asset management
Experience of implementing a framework such as the Quality, Charter Mark
